Before You Book
Everything you need to know before booking — from how setup works to what add-ons are available.
Easy — go to the wall you want, hit "Book This Wall," and fill out the short inquiry form. Tell us your event date, location, and any add-ons you're interested in. We'll confirm availability and get back to you within 24 hours.
We recommend 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Popular dates fill up fast — if you have a date on the calendar, reach out early.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance (75%) is due no later than 5 business days before your event. If you're booking within 5 business days of your event, the full amount is due at booking.
We offer an optional Damage Waiver for $35, which covers up to $200 in accidental damage. Without it, the renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Yes — every booking includes delivery, setup, and pickup. We arrive 2–4 hours before your event to get everything set up perfectly, and come back after the party for teardown. You don't need to touch a thing.
Delivery is free within 15 miles of Ellicott City. For events 15–25 miles away, add $25. For 25–35 miles, add $50. Beyond 35 miles, contact us for a custom quote.
We serve Howard County and the greater Baltimore area — including Ellicott City, Columbia, Catonsville, Clarksville, Sykesville, Laurel, and surrounding communities within 25–35 miles.
Our standard walls are 8×8 feet — plenty of room for groups of 4–6 people in a photo. You'll need at least 8–10 feet of clearance in width and standard ceiling height (8 ft minimum).
We offer a growing selection of signs — Happy Birthday, Congratulations, She Said Yes, It's a Girl, and more. Check each wall's page for available accessories styled for that specific wall. Add 1 sign for +$50, or 2 for +$75.
Our balloon garland is custom-designed and installed by us as part of your setup. We coordinate colors to complement your wall. Add it to any booking for +$100.
Some walls can be used outdoors in covered or sheltered areas with minimal wind. Contact us ahead of time and we'll let you know what's possible for your specific setup.
7 or more days before event: Full refund of all payments, minus a $50 non-refundable booking fee.
3–6 days before event: 50% refund of total amount paid.
Less than 3 days / no-show: No refund. All payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is free if requested 5 or more days before your event, subject to availability. Requests within 5 days are treated as a cancellation and re-booking. Reach out as soon as your plans change — the sooner the better.
Yes — multi-day rentals are available. Standard rentals are same-day (delivery and pickup on the same date). If you need the wall for an additional day, a surcharge of +$75 per additional day applies. You're responsible for keeping the wall safe and secure for the full rental period. Contact us to arrange multi-day pricing when you inquire.
